About the event
COME DANCE STROUD
Drop-in class, for all ages, no experience necessary, children welcome at own risk, no footwear necessary, with Maria-Carin Gala from www.mcgala.com.
Partially guided freestyle community dance journey to a great variety of music which starts off slowly and builds to a 'nightclub feel' and comes down again to hopefully leave you much more connected to yourself, each other and the planet. All emotions are welcome and encouraged to be DANCED.
